The Filling stand featured can be used to fill Bulk Bags, Totes, Gaylords, or up to four drums when placed on the platform. We also offer a version that is stationary where conveyors can move product on and off as needed.

Densification of product is accomplished by pressing on the side of the container or by lifting and vibrating the entire container depending on product and space constraints.

Our rotating head design allows four empty drums to be placed on a pallet and filled sequentially. The operator can remove all four drums already loaded on the pallet. This eliminates the need to "manhandle" the filled drums to get them on a pallet after filling thus eliminating personal injury.

The Low Profile design of the weighing surface allows pallet trucks to be used for loading and unloading.

PLC control system ideal for communication to plant wide control systems when needed. PLC processor is Allen Bradley Micrologic series.

This "self contained" unit includes outer frame, load cell weighing system, slide gate valve to control cutoff point, blower to inflate lined bulk bags, removable - Rotating drum filler attachment, Vibration pads to help with densification and Touch screen operator interface panel. The unit can be moved between numerous filling stations with a special fork lift "lifting jig" available.
